Welcome to the home page of Lone Star Liners, Line Dance classes in the Eastbourne area of East Sussex.
I hold daytime classes for all abilities at The Willingdon Memorial Hall along with regular social dances.
Hi, my name is Ros and I am a fully qualified Line Dance Instructor with BWDA 2000. I have been Line Dancing since the mid 1990's and teaching since 2003/4.
I am one of the few people offering daytime classes in the Eastbourne area. I live locally with my husband who also dances.
If you are looking for an enjoyable class where the emphasis is on having fun to great music and benefiting from some exercise and mental stimulation, then check out my class times under the classes tab above.
We play a variety of music from Country, Pop, Latin and Irish but our preference is for Country.,
All classes are £7 and it's pay as you go. You do not need to book, just can just turn up however, if you have any questions, please email me through the Contact tab above. Please also check if I will be there under the diary dates tab above.
Please wear whatever you feel comfortable in and bring a pair of shoes to change into as this helps to keep the floor in good condition. It's best to wear dancing shoes if you have them or something with a leather or suede sole, otherwise, anything that is comfortable.
If you are a beginner, it's important to understand that you will not learn everything the first week. It is a progressive form of learning and each week you will be able to remember a little bit more. Over time you will build up your knowledge and ability. The key is to enjoy yourself and don't expect too much too soon.

Good Fun - Good Music - Good Exercise
Our occasional socials, usually take place on a Saturday, (in association with BWDA2000), are held at the Willingdon Memorial Hall and are friendly and fun occasions catering for all levels of dancer.
